Norman has been active in the Finance and IT sectors for more than 25 years, since 2000 primarily in the financial industry. He successfully developed new business areas for numerous investment companies throughout many projects. He has access to many contacts in the financial world through his background as founder and CEO of a software system provider as well as of a successful business consultancy firm for the financial services sector.

Elina has been active in the IT industry for 19 years, holding different positions in various high-tech companies. Through her many years of experience in management positions she has profound knowledge in investor relations, business development as well as in establishing a startup company from scratch.

Kirill Yurin

Co-founder, Chief Operations Officer

Kirill has been working in finance and business administration in different industries, including FinTech, for more than 20 years. He supported companies in all stages, from startups to established, globally operating firms. He has over 10 years of experience in preparation, structuring and execution of investment deals.

Dmitry Karaev

Chief Technology Officer, US

Dmitry has been working in IT for 17+ years. He participated in different projects and startups as CTO and Full Stack developer and also as an external adviser in IT and general development. He draws on his professional experience for building modern IT infrastructures, applying innovative and experimental solutions to the development of new and innovative products, as well as finding new areas of implementation for the FINSemantix products.

Dr. Cornelia Schlundt

Head of AI Solutions and Data Science

Cornelia is a highly experienced data scientist in the field of space and earth observation as well as in IT and service industries. In the course of national and international research projects she acquired a broad knowledge of big data analysis, visualization and processing, which she is now applying to the development and implementation of AI-based solutions for interdisciplinary areas (e.g. financial industry, IT forensics).

Carsten Götzinger

Head of Architecture and Product Development

Carsten has 20 years of experience as a Software Engineer in the Finance industry. During this time he built up a sound knowledge of object-oriented programming and the construction of complex system architectures. He is strong in analytical thinking, has a deep understanding of technical contexts in the financial services industry and experience in project management.

Petra Fass

Project Management and Marketing

Petra is an experienced project manager and business analyst with a 20+ year track record in international business and regulatory projects within the financial services industry. She is adept at analyzing, planning and implementing initiatives to introduce new services, software, legislative initiatives and operational requirements.
